Become a Yoga Teacher with K10Yoga

This is not just another yoga certification program, you will work hard, dive deep and explore places of yourself that will empower you to be your most authentic self. Our alumni, over 130 of them, are out and about from NC, TN, VA, CA, TX, and abroad. They are teaching in studios, schools, recovery centers, as adjuncts to therapy programs, in community centers and the like. We prepare you for all of it and give you the support you need to make this dream come true while supporting your community in a sustainable way! We also offer a path to advancing your studies in our 300hr program if you want to continue to grow your yoga, build programming and beyond.

Here's how it works: We meet one weekend a month for five months and cove the core curriculum that includes history and philosophy, physical and energetic anatomy, sequencing-sequencing-sequencing! teaching methodology, business and ethics, ways to honor the roots of yoga in a modern world, allllll from a trauma informed, body affirming and justice focused lens!

Registration is open (on our new website!) where you will get instant access to our online portal and a birds-eye view of the curriculum. We offer sliding scale pricing and month payments so you pay what you want either up front or over 12 months.

Upon completion, you will be eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as a Registered Yoga Teacher at the 200 hour level. If you are not local to Winston-Salem or the surrounding areas, our program will still be offered online so you can get in on the fun from home.
