. We recognize and understand a trauma-informed approach to sharing the practice of yoga and do our best day after day to look past the story and see the soul. We honour the roots of yoga and understand the concepts given to us through the Yoga Sutras around non-harming, truthfulness, non-stealing, balance and respecting boundaries, non-possessiveness and unlearning perfectionism. We understand purity and cleaning the slate, contentment, discipline, self-study, and surrender. We strive to bring these elements into all that we do through unconditional love and accountability.
