Building Community Through Collective Action

Yoga Teacher Training // Yoga Studio Space // Outreach Programs // Sustainability

K10Yoga is a 501(c)3 non-profit serving the community since 2011 led by Kristen Williams, ERYT500. We create conditions for everyone to experience the benefits of physical, mental, and social well-being through the lenses of yoga, beekeeping, and sacred connection. Through the four pillars of trauma-informed, inclusive and supportive programming, we create opportunities that foster self-worth, and community care through skill-sharing, and experiential learning.

"Kristen Williams is redefining the Yoga Teacher Training course from the cookie cutter, pose-focused individual program to a radical experience that transforms community from the inside out. Her unique approach centers radical self-awareness and critical thinking that prepares the teacher not just for the mat, but for their life. It is a pathway to personal transformation that can lead to real social change."

"I feel comfortable going out to bring yoga to my community knowing that I am truly prepared. I love that the teachings are rooted in social justice! I learned numerous ways to be trauma-informed and how to create an environment where I can respect and validate everyone's experiences.
